CHEF’S NOTE
The first time I had a Pastel de Nata, it was warm, caramelised, and gone in three bites — and I was hooked. There's magic in the contrast of crisp layers and creamy custard. I've always admired how such a humble-looking tart can pack so much flavour, warmth, and comfort in one bite. Recreating it was a labour of love, but this version stays true to that memory — simple, nostalgic, and made to be devoured.
