CHEF’S NOTE
If there's dark chocolate on the menu, I'm ordering it. This tart was inspired by our classic chocolate cake at Bien – but I wanted something punchier. The richness of dark chocolate meets the zing of real sour cherries, all tucked into a crisp shell. It's indulgent but fresh, intense yet balanced — just the way I love my desserts.
