Our Lemon Curd & Raspberry Roulade is a fresh take on the classic Swiss roll — visually striking and layered with flavour. A soft vanilla sponge is rolled with tangy lemon curd, vibrant raspberry compote, and in-house vanilla chantilly, then presented with its gorgeous layers on top (not hidden inside!). Finished with generous swirls of lemon diplomat cream, raspberry compote, and delicate edible flowers, this dessert is as stunning as it is satisfying — zesty, fruity, and beautifully balanced.

Storage

Product needs to be stored in a cool dry place upon receipt and consumed within 3-4 days. This can be consumed at room temperature. For enhanced flavour- microwave the cookie for 10 secs before consumption.

CHEF’S NOTE

This roulade was my way of reimagining a nostalgic dessert I've always loved – but with more personality and flair. I wanted the layers to be seen and savoured, not tucked away. The sharpness of lemon curd, the sweetness of raspberries, and that soft vanilla sponge all come together in a light but flavour-packed bite. Topped with lemon diplomat, chantilly, compote, and edible blooms, it's my ode to summer and a dessert that feels joyful at every step.
