CHEF’S NOTE
I’ve always had a thing for the perfect chocolate chip cookie — that NYC-style classic with a crispy edge and a gooey, molten center. But I could never find one in the city that really hit the spot. So I started baking my own. After testing over 15 recipes (and eating way too many cookies), I finally created this version — bold, balanced, and rich in real Belgian dark chocolate. It’s indulgent, nostalgic, and honest — just the way it should be.
